What is Drone Camp?
Drone Camp is our newest hands-on technology program for 9-13 year olds!
Developed by professional drone pilots, Drone Camp will take your child on an adventure around the world as they pilot their very own flight missions.
Drone Camp is the perfect intersection of STEM learning, where teamwork and how technology can have a positive social impact. From learning the fundamentals of drone technology and safety, to discovering how drones can fight bushfires and rescue koalas!
Why is it free?
Good question!
Trialling a new camp is an important part of our product development cycle. We strive to ensure all of our holiday programs are as fun and engaging as possible before we release them to the public, and kids are our most valued critics!
We get to test our new program and your child will have fun - it's a win for all.
We will also be using the trial as an opportunity to generate some marketing assets for future Drone Camps, so your media consent will be required to enrol.
Where & When?
We are running 2 trials exclusively in South Australia these upcoming Spring Holidays at Scotch College and St Peter's Woodlands Grammar School.
Our other camps will be running along side the Drone Camp and as always, your child will be met each day by our Camp Manager, who is a qualified teacher.
Each camp will run for 3 days from 8:30am - 3:30pm.
Scotch College: Wednesday 29th September - Friday 1st October
St Peter's Woodlands Grammar School: Tuesday 5th October - Thursday 7th October
